Vision Test App Reviews

As an optometry student I sincerely hope that nobody takes this app seriously. Sure its fun to play and then delete, but it is in no way, shape, or form a replacement for an eye exam. Not only that but you should be seeing an OPTOMETRIST for an eye exam - not an optician.

My test was going along just fine, until I tried to do the distance vision test. Turned on Bluetooth for both devices and opened the app on my iPhone. It took quite some time for the devices to connect, but then the select box switched to "searching for peers". After my battery percentage dropped 2%, I gave up. Very frustrating!

I guess its pretty good

It isnt amazing but isnt awful either.Well If your an adult there may be different effects.Even though Im young not all results were the same.Maybe try it,then again maybe not.

Use it everyday

Even though this is a neat little lab, do not forget that it does not replace getting your eyes checked out by an optometrist

Dont rely on this app to be your eye doctor, but its actually a pretty good app, and it works well!

Amazing app its very helpful. I went to the doctor and he said the exact same thing.

The simple eye test assessment they offer for visual acuity is nothing like what an optometrist would do (20/20 vs 20/40 etc). They then want to refer you to an optometrist! Youre better off using a simple eyechart. I am deleting this app from my iPhone.

Its very quick to start. Doesnt force you to make a sign in, you can start the test immediately. I had fun comparing my test to my friend who was doing it at the same time

Couldnt complete the whole vision test. To complete distance vision test, you need extra iPhone or iPad, which I dont have.

Helps detect color deficiency of a kid.

Good but could be better

I got most of way through exam and it was time for Distance. I was using iPhone and it asked for iPad, I loaded on iPad and asks for iPhone. Seems to be a glitch.
